The first handicap room had no AC, which is a big oversight. The next room needed a walk-in shower but had a tub instead, limiting accessibility. The third room was cramped enough to cause trouble maneuvering a wheelchair. Additionally, my requested amenities like the kitchen sink and microwave were not available, though I selected them online. There were only three towels in the room, and they felt rough, like drying off with sandpaper. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the eggs and sausage, which didn't do the trick, prompting me to seek breakfast elsewhere.

love the location, but I found fecal matter on the toilet seat, which is just wonderful. And there were only three scratchy towels, like drying off with sandpaper, ugh. I almost gave a good review, but expected a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, since I am just too good to be treated this way.

I stayed in a King Room for 4 nights, and it was really nice. The room was clean, and I loved the large walk-in shower. The smart TV was awesome since I could stream Netflix easily. I even enjoyed the complimentary water stations around the hotel. It felt modern and comfortable. The lobby setup with games and great seating made it perfect for winding down. Just keep an eye on your route getting back to the highway. it can be tricky!
